This design contains 987 individual pieces of stained glass, intentionally chosen from sheets of Youghiogheny, Bullseye, and Uroboros glass selections. Each piece is individually cut and then ground to the exact shape, foiled, and placed on an Odyssey mold for soldering. Once soldered and removed from the mold, the inside is soldered, reinforcement wire is applied in three places from ring to rim, and a solid brass ring is soldered around the bottom. Every piece of glass is different, so a lamp pre-ordered will be completely unique even with similar glass choices to those shown here.
