Ordering Custom Work

I love to collaborate with people to bring their stained glass vision to reality!  The first step is to fill out the commission form below with a brief description of your idea, desired size, colors and a needed Delivery Date. 

Design: 

I'll sketch one or more ideas and e-mail them to you to review.  Once we have decided together on the direction of the design, I will work up and send you an estimate for the piece for your approval.  I’ll require 25% of the cost before creating the final pattern lines and another 25% upon your approval of the final pattern*.  The remaining 50% (and shipping/applicable sales tax) are needed upon shipment of the piece.  I will send an invoice payable by credit card, ACH, Venmo, Zelle, or Paypal and will send you a tracking number for your completed project upon receipt of payment.

*The two 25% deposits are non-refundable, should you decide not to purchase, but they will be applied against the total price.

I will do my utmost to communicate in a timely manner as we collaborate together on your project, and will send progress photos along the way if you'd like!  I will also be posting the progress photos on Facebook and will tag you in those (only with your permission on the tags).

Rush Fees:  

Should you require a completion date sooner than the Delivery Date agreed upon within the final Invoice / Contract, a rush fee of up to 30% of the original project fee may be applied to the final project price, if my schedule allows me to meet the rush completion date.

Please note:  Custom Order sales are Final.  If you see any defects or damage upon receipt of your item, you must notify Wier Art Glass within 48 hours of receipt of your package. You will only be charged our exact cost for shipping, and you have the option to choose to insure the item for the full purchase price.  All items are packaged to the best of our ability and the artist cannot be liable for damage incurred during shipment.  If your unique creation gets damaged later, please contact us about helping to restore it for you - there is a prodigious amount of effort and love put into every project, and we want to see you enjoy it for many years.

Artwork:  Wier Art Glass retains ownership of any custom artwork created by our studio.
