Order Policies

Because most of our items are made-to-order, all purchases are made through the Pre-order Form found on each product listing. If the item is not currently available, we can schedule the item for you with any desired customizations.

Payment Policies

Sales tax applies if shipping to Texas. You will not be charged for the item until your custom creation is ready to ship.

Social Media

We will e-mail process photos to you along the way once the project begins. Process photos will also be posted on our Facebook page, and we can tag you in the photos with your permission.

Shipping Policies

At the time of shipping, an e-mail will be sent with the invoice which includes the agreed-upon-beforehand shipping/insurance cost. Upon shipping, you will receive a tracking number for your order. We only charge our cost for shipping plus any insurance with nothing added. We highly recommend that you insure your item if the order price is over $30.

Safety Notice

Please ensure a watchful eye when children or pets are near your custom creation. It is made of glass and contains lead in the form of copper tape with lead solder or lead channel.
